New Swift Ascari unveiled at NEC

Swift Ascari

The Motorhome and Caravan Show 2022 was the ‘launching-pad’ for Swift Group’s new Ascari, which promises to be “the ideal vehicle for free-spirited owners” wanting to make their own adventures.

Available in a choice of two models, this superb narrow coach-built motorhome combines versatility with stylish good looks.

Built on a Fiat chassis with cab in Lanzarote Grey and complemented with body-coloured bumpers, silver- grey trim and a striking exterior graphics scheme.

The Ascari 344 is a 4-berth, with prices starting from £68,795.00; and the 2-berth 372 starts from £66, 995.

Powered by a punchy Euro 6D Final 140bhp, 2.2 litre engine, it has a GRP front low-line pod with opening sunroof, ensuring sunlight cascades into its modern welcoming interior.

The cab includes such refinements as 7” touchscreen colour display, reversing camera and excellent audio facilities comprising DAB radio with Apple CarplayTM/Android AutoTM, USB and Bluetooth, as well as cruise control and air-conditioning.

Joanne Mitchell, Swift Group’s head of marketing, said: “The Ascari has it all – style, comfort and an interior layout that creates a light and airy space.

“The soft furnishing scheme with complementary scatter cushions provide a smart modern feel.”

Inside the Ascari, the light Sangallo Elm woodgrain with complementary Oxford Canvas and Graphite furniture, provide ample storage and contribute towards Ascari’s fresh overall appearance.

The lounge seating is made of high performance durable Swift AirWave foam in both the seats and backrests, whilst all the fixed and drop-down beds are fitted with exclusive Duvaley Duvalite Alto mattresses.
