The Caravan and Motorhome Club has requested members do not call its helpline while its website remains down.
Members been unable to manage or make bookings since the website ran into problems at the weekend.
Club campsites are reported to be accepting arrivals as usual.
The problem has been put down to a ‘technical issue’ and the Club has assured members that it is “committed to resolving” the problem.
In it’s latest statement the Caravan and Motorhome Club said: “Unfortunately we are still experiencing technical issues.
“Club Campsites are accepting arrivals as usual, however they are unable to process new bookings or amend existing bookings, so please do not call unless it is an urgent matter.
“Our IT team remains committed to resolving this and to resuming normal services as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.”
The club originally confirmed the outage at midday on Sunday 21 January.
