Isuzu is aiming to tap into the booming vehicle camping market with its Isuzu D-Max Expedition Edition and AT35 Basecamp models, equipped with essential camping accessories.
Since 2020, the number of camping users has increased by 38 per cent, jumping from 3.88 million to 5.36 million.
This upward trajectory has continued, with a 22 per cent increase recorded since the previous year, going from 4.4 million in 2022.
Experts project that this growth will persist, with the number of camping enthusiasts expected to reach a staggering 6.9 million by 2027.

Boosting its functionality, these models incorporate a range of premium ARB enhancements, such as a colour-coded canopy, easy-to-set-up rooftop tent, awning, refrigerator, and a versatile drawer set equipped with a fully functional kitchen unit, alongside other valuable additions.
The AT35 Basecamp also features an addition of Arctic Trucks accessories, such as 35” off-road tyres and new wheels, extended wheel arches, custom grille, and cosmetic changes in the interior with AT35 branding.
