A campervan fire that started while parked outside a domestic property in Yeadon, West Yorkshire spread to a house before firefighters could bring it under control.
Crews from Rawdon, Cookridge and Shipley fire stations tackled the fire, which took hold in the campervan at around 11pm last night (July 25).
The firefighters used three hose reels and two breathing apparatus as they battled the flames before employing a high-powered fan to clear smoke from the property.
The camper can was parked outside the property, and the cause of the blaze is being investigated by experts from the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service.
In a tweet, it said: “Camper Van on fire external to property spread to domestic property.
“Crews used 3 hose reels, 2 breathing apparatus and a high powered fan to clear smoke from the property.”
