Bailey of Bristol achieves Ford Pro convertor status

Bailey of Bristol has expanded its certification as a Ford Pro Convertor, now covering both Bailey coach-built motorhomes and campervans.

Bailey coachbuilt motorhomes achieved Ford Pro Convertor status in 2022, and now Bailey campervans have been added to this prestigious recognition.

This accolade reflects Bailey’s commitment to quality and engineering excellence, meeting Ford’s stringent standards.

The Ford Pro Convertor status ensures Bailey’s products adhere to the highest manufacturing guidelines and offer robust customer support, including comprehensive warranty packages.

This achievement strengthens Bailey’s partnership with Ford, enhancing our customers’ confidence in the reliability and safety of their vehicles.

Introduced in October 2023, Endeavour is Bailey’s first campervan range.

The Endeavour is built on a stylish ‘Chrome Blue’ Ford Transit base, powered by a robust 2.0 litre 155 bhp engine with a smooth 6-speed automatic gearbox, ensuring you can travel anywhere with ease.

The cab is fully equipped for comfort with adjustable Captain’s seats, air conditioning, and cruise control.

The 12” touchscreen infotainment system includes DAB radio, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, satellite navigation, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity. Parking is a breeze with a rear-view camera and sensors.

Perfect for outdoor adventures, the Endeavour features a Thule 3.5m awning, Truma 100-watt solar panel, and a 92 Ah leisure battery for true off-grid capability. It’s fitted with a Truma D4E Diesel Combi heating and hot water system, and a fully insulated bodyshell, making it suitable for all seasons. It has achieved the highest thermal performance rating (Grade III Classification of EN1646-I) in cold chamber testing.

Commenting on this achievement, Managing Director Nick Howard said, “Our partnership with Ford has been very successful, and gaining Ford Pro Convertor status for all our motorised products truly solidifies our relationship.”

He added, “This confirmation that all our motorhome and campervan models meet Ford’s vehicle conversion standards reinforces our reputation as a top coachbuilt motorhome manufacturer, providing added peace of mind to our prospective customers.”
