Acoustic duo release new song “for VW camper owners”

An acoustic duo and camper-loving couple have released a new song with Volkswagen campervan ownership in mind.

The couple, who go by the name of Mycelium Network, say they were inspired to release their latest track, called V Dubin’, by their Volkswagen T4 and Crafter campervans and the adventures they’ve had in them.

Brian and Wren are keen for the track to become the ultimate summer time anthem for the v-dub community.

Brian said: “The inspiration for this song came from our love of VW campervans and we realised that there are a lot of like-minded people out there, which became more and more evident as we played and went to different festivals.

“There are thousands of VW campers of all types and we just thought we need a song for our community.

“It didn’t take long to come up with an idea, the passion runs deep in our family I learnt to drive in a T3 and my first car was a beetle, Wren learnt in my T4 which is now hers.

“We hope that our attempt at creating a VW campervan anthem is up to scratch and to all our fellow V Dubers keep V Dubin’ we’re with you.”

V Dubin’ will be available on all streaming platforms from 7 April and is already available to listen to on the Mycelium Network website.
