A Volkswagen dealership in Scotland has taken to operating from a motorhome after a fire ripped through the building, leading to a major response from the emergency services.
Six fire appliances were to the scene at Camerons Volkswagen in Perth to tackle the flames throughout Wednesday night and Thursday morning before finally bringing them under control.
The building suffered from significant damage but the dealership has taken to social media to confirm that sales staff are currently available and ready to take calls – from a motorhome parked on the forecourt.
The motorhome, which has been embossed with Volkswagen branding – is allowing the dealership to continue completing sales and making money.
