Volkswagen campervan converter, Vanworx, has launched a new buggy and rigid inflatable boat (RIB).
The new venture follows on from the success of its MaxTraxx off-grid campervan, a high-spec campervan using the VW Crafter as a base vehicle.
Vanworx partnered with Williams Jet Tenders to customise the RIB, while the buggy uses a Polaris 1,000cc as its base vehicle.
Vanworx founder, Dave Garnsworthy said: “The idea behind it is that the boat is small enough to take with you camping and exploring.
“It is powered by a Rotax engine, which means no propeller, so it is extremely safe for swimming at the rear of the boat.
“With a speed of 46mph, and collapsible tow pole and swim ladder this really is so versatile for leisure trips and for those who want to free dive and fish.
“The SBS trailer is extremely light so when on site it can be moved around easily and can also be kept in a single garage when not in use.”
The MaxTraxx RIB starts from £60,000 while the buggy starts from £35,000.
