Urgent search for missing man after he left home in VW T5 camper

Police are reaching out for help in the search of a missing man who was last seen leaving his home in a Volkswagen T5 campervan.

David Crowley, 71, left his address in Linlithgow, West Lothian at around 3am on Wednesday, February 7, in silver Volkswagen Transporter campervan in an unknown direction.

Police say David’s subsequent movements are unknown and officers have concerns for his welfare.

The registration of the campervan is DG13 TVK and distinguishing features include a pop-top roof, tailgate-mounted bike rack and a Fiamma sun shade.

David Crowley is described as white, 6ft tall, slim build with greying dark hair.

He was last known to be wearing a dark coloured t-shirt.

Inspector Scott Currie of Livingston Police Station said: “We would urge anyone who believes they have seen David or his vehicle this morning to contact us as a matter of urgency.

“We are working to establish his movements and anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 0363 of 7 February.”
