A motorhome owner has had to pay out hundreds of pounds to repair his windscreen after a thug smashed it while was still occupied.
The alleged criminal damage incident took place at around 7.15pm on December 21, Dorset Live reports.
The victim, a man aged in his 50s, was inside his motorhome with the curtains closed while parked on Sterte Avenue West in Poole when the windscreen was smashed.
Dorset Police say a black-coloured vehicle was seen driving away from the scene.
The damage cost the victim around £300 to repair.
Officers investigating an incident of criminal damage in Poole are appealing for anyone with information to come forward.
Police Constable Sarah Jordan, of Poole Police, said: “We have been carrying out enquiries into this incident and have now obtained a full account from the victim.
“I am keen to hear from anyone who has any information that might assist our investigation.”
