Wildlife cameraman, author and TV presenter Hamza Yassin took up his first official duty at the Caravan, Camping & Motorhome Show last week following his recent appointment as President of the Camping and Caravanning Club.
As well as a new President, the Club has also been working on an evolved identity to align with its purpose of inspiring the camper in everyone and growing their passion for the outdoors.
A fresh style for its logo, imagery and website has been unveiled, along with an exciting new-look monthly members magazine featuring more inspiring travel, camping and outdoor content than ever before.
Sabina Voysey, the club’s director general, said: “These are exciting times with a new President, who is a great fit for our organisation, and a new look for the Club that’s all about welcoming everyone to the incredible outdoors.
“As an organisation we’re constantly evolving, and we’ve worked hard to reflect both the spirit of the Club and our history while also making sure we stay relevant and widen our appeal.”
