The winners of the 2023 Owner Satisfaction Awards have been announced at The Camping and Caravanning Club’s annual industry dinner, held at Silverstone, the home of the British Grand Prix.
A total of 23 awards were presented at the event, which is run in partnership with Practical Motorhome and Practical Caravan magazines, on Thursday 8 December.
Top camping brands received their awards based on the satisfaction rating given to them by customers who completed the 2023 Owner Satisfaction Survey, which ran from January to October 2022.
The awards showcase the best in camping equipment from tents and awnings to caravans, motorhomes and folding campers.
For the first time this year there was also an award for best trailer tents.
Rob Ganley, editor-in-chief of Camping & Caravanning, the monthly magazine of the Camping and Caravanning Club, said: “The Owner Satisfaction Awards have huge value for Club members.
“More than 11,000 campers have taken the time to tell us in great depth how their unit has fared in the field this year. The findings are an essential read for anyone planning to buy their next camping unit in the year ahead.”
Sarah Wakely, editor-in-chief of Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome at Future Publishing, said: “We’re delighted that so many readers of Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome, and members of The Camping and Caravanning Club, took the time and opportunity to have their say in our survey this year.
“With their help we’ve been able to produce our most comprehensive set of awards ever, which are a brilliant guide for those looking to buy a caravan or motorhome, whether new or pre-owned.”
